My truck doesn't wannt to start on its own, I have to prime it to get it started but once its started it stays running on its own. So I was wondering if it might be the fuel filter, so I replaced it and it still acts up. Fuel pump? Tune up?

Sounds like a weak pump. Sometimes they will give enough to run the truck, but on a cold start they cant supply enough pressure for the enrichment for cold start or they bleed pressure down and air gets in the lines
