1988 Acura Integra 1.6L mileage: 133,000. Car won't start. The engine turns over but that is it. I suspect a fuel system problem. Fuel pump appears to have plenty of pressure. A Noid light indicates that the injectors are firing. Checking a spark plug, it was dry. There appears to be a spark. I currently suspect the Fuel Pressure Regulator. The Fuel Rail has fuel flowing through it but I can't tell if it is pressurizing.

Your car is equipped with a computer controlled engine management system. An independent auto service center can scan your computer for fault or error codes. The information should pinpoint the malfunctioning components.
