When I try to run the heat all I can get is cold air and I notice my A/C compressor will be running and then back off for a few minutes and back on.
I have all ready replaced the A/C and heater control switch, and thermostat, still no heat and the A/C is still circulating on and off.

For the heater not working, you need to check the air-mix control. The vents are eiter stuck or not being moved.
For the A/C compressor cycling on and off, it could be a faulty relay, switch, excessive freon in system or a faulty compressor clutch.
