Wrench warning light turned on

Bogs down on acceleration after changing out fuel pressure regulator still. When the engine flounders the wrench dash light comes on.

Hi,

Have you checked for diagnostic trouble codes? If not, that is where I would start. Here is a quick video showing how it is done:

Next, have you confirmed the fuel pressure is within the manufacturer's specifications? If it is too low, that can be an issue as well. Also, a partially plugged catalytic converter can cause this to happen.

Let me know if you notice any odd odors from the exhaust, if there is black or dark gray smoke from the exhaust, or anything you can think of that may help me diagnose this. Additionally, let me know if the check engine light flashes when it turns on or is it solid.
