Will not start or come out of park

Stopped and got gas at the gas station. I came back out to the car to leave and it would not start and would not come out of park. It doesn't even try to start. But all the electrical works lights, radio. Bought a new battery and still doesn't crank or come out of park. It did have a blown ign fuse, I also replaced it and still nothing.

Hi,

I attached two pics below. The first one indicates three fuses I need you to check. The second pic is a continuation of the starting system schematic so that you have the complete schematic.

Also, I need to know if the brake lights are working and if you checked the park interlock fuses. See pic 3.

Let me know. Also confirm that I am understanding correctly and the starter isn't engaging.
