I got this vehicle listed above RT model from a buddy of mine. It sat for a while but when we got it how to replace the battery and noticed the security was going off. So we replace the ECM and computer And it ran perfectly fine after that. We locked our doors manually one night. About an hour two hours later we open the door and the security goes off again and I don’t have a key fob that worked to it at the time. Got it towed to a buddies house had a locksmith come out to zap the computer in my vehicle and my 20004 Dodge Durango. He did the 2004 first programmed the key to the truck, and it ran perfect after that. And when he programs the key-less entry to the gold 2000 it shuts the security off but my 2000 still will not start.

Welcome to 2CarPros. You replaced the ECM, did you have it programmed to match the 2000? It sounds like it isn't programmed properly for your truck and when the security system was programmed correctly it disabled it. To check it you need a scan tool that can read the security information and see what it is showing as a mis-match once it sends the start code.
What does the security light do when you turn the key? What does the truck do when you try to start it? Nothing, cranks but won't start? What if you spray a bit of starter fluid into the intake as you crank it? Do you hear the fuel pump turn on to prime the system?
