Will not start

We just got battery charged and put it in, but it just will not crank or anything. No lights work other then the theft light. It does not make a sound whenever you turn the ignition. The car has been sitting for a while but last it was messed with it had all fluids changed. It has been real cold lately like around fourteen degrees Fahrenheit.

Hello,

It sounds like the starter motor is not working. Here is a guide to help confirm the failure by checking for a trigger signal to the starter. Check out toward the bottom of the guide.
