No fuel delivery, my intake was clogged with carbon from EGR valve. So I cleaned it out and now it won't run at all unless I use starting fluid but shuts off as soon as I stop. Pump works, fuel filter new, no vacuum leaks, has spark, injectors new. Any idea? Please and thank you.

Good morning,

If you hear the fuel pump run, then it has power. the next step is to check the actual pressure to be sure sufficient fuel is being delivered to the injectors.

If the pressure is correct, then you would need to check the voltage at the injectors with a noid light to see if the PCM is commanding the injectors to allow fuel to the motor.

You can rent a pressure tester at a parts store as well as the noid light.

Thanks, I did all that and the fuel pump stopped. So I checked volt and I only got 10 while cranking. And I lost power to #5 7.5amp fuel injection fuse and have no ideal where to start.

What was the fuel pressure?

What color wire did you test that got 10 volts? That too low.

Again, what color wires?

10 is too low. You have a dead battery if that is what you have at the battery. You should have 12.4 to 12.6 volts.
