Will not crank or start

Parked car for twenty minutes turned switch all lights come on, I can hear fuel pump engage but nothing happens, no clicking, battery good. All accessories work.

Is the security light flashing when this happens? If not then I would first check the starter by testing the trigger wire when the key is in the crank position.

Found problem, the ignition acuator was broken. Not made of quality material.40.00 fix.
