Washed engine bay now will not start

Washed engine bay with pressure washer and I started back up but the whole way home it shook and the next day won't start. I switched out the spark plugs and ignition coils and it cranks but won't start almost as if not enough power.

Hello, I'm Danny.

One of the first things you should check is the throttle position sensor on the throttle body. Disconnect the plug and see if there is water present. It also may having gotten inside the sensor itself from the water being under high pressure from the washer. Here is a tutorial for a no - start condition.
