80,000 miles on it. Just recently had a new timing belt and tune up on it. It has started blowing white smoke out the exhaust when it is stopped and idling. No check engine lite, and temperature is fine. No oil leaks that I can find. Its not using oil either.

White smoke from the exhaust can be an indicator of some possibly serious issues. When the cooling system has been compromised, and coolant is getting into the combustion chamber(s) the result is white, sweet smelling smoke from the exhaust. This can be from a head gasket that is possibly delaminating or a cracked cylinder head casting. I recommend having or performing a cooling system pressure test. This will help determine if there is a leak in the cooling system and it's possible location.
