Turn Signal issues, blinking fast?

My turn signal flasher blinks fast when activated but my fuse and bulbs are fine. Looking online I'm seeing mixed things so thought I'd ask here. I've seen the flasher reply is bad and then I've seen it is an integrated system with the hazard switch. I'm curious which it is and where are they located.

Yep, if the blinker are working too fast and the bulbs are all good (non-LED) then the next step is the flasher. Here is a guide that should help and the location of the flasher in the diagrams below.
