Once the truck warms up, it runs fine until I stop at light and then it starts missing, cutting out and then dies.

Start by cleaning the IACV, EGR and PCV valves and test the TPS and MAP sensors-to include a fuel pressure check

Is this monitored static fuel pressure-possibly the IACV, EGR valve and TPS/MAP sensors

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/engine-misfires-or-runs-rough

1.Defective spark plugs

2.Inadequate spark/coil,defective spark plug wire.

3.Lack of compression

4.False air leakage.

5.Faulty fuel injectors.

6.Insufficient fuel pressure.

7.Contaminated fuel.

8.EGR valve that is leaking.

9.Oxygen sensors.

10.Throttle position sensor.

11.Manifold absolute pressure sensor

12.Mass Airflow Sensor

13.Idle air control valve

Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it-

How long since a tune-up? Use a gage and check fuel pressure specs. Any applicable trouble codes? Will it stay running, if you open the throttle a little? Maybe an idle air issue? No code diagnostics list for start and die, is about as long as your arm. I can post it if you want? You need something to point us in the right direction, otherwise, just speaking for myself, it is hunt and peck.

Is it possible for you to get a fuel pressure check also get rid of the old gas and refresh with new gas, change the fuel filter also before performing fuel pressure test.

I have a 1994 350 Chevy 1/2 ton step side silverado pick up. I hosed the engine will running and it died. I tried and tried to start but no luck. I removed carb cover poured a little gas in carb and it stated and ran a few seconds. How would I check the electric fuel pump in the gas tank if that is the problem? Or do you think it may be electrical. Please advise.

I have seen this happen when people use high pressure washers to clean their engine.
Water will get into electronics, the intake, and from there to the combustion chamber.
Your best bet, since it is almost running, is to go and buy some, "DRY GAS" at your local parts store. It eats up and eliminates water. Since the engine almost ran your electronics are probably fine. I have seen this happen and the vehicle will start the next day since the water dries off.
The one things that you might check is under the distributor cap, ( I think you have one. The 1994 were a cutoff years when solid state ignitions came out).

I will keep an eye on this post and if you need further assistance.

Electrical problem
1994 Chevy Silverado V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My father in law had me to replace his fuel pump because his truck kept dying. But after installing the new pump it was still the same, also, when idling if he turned on the head lights the truck would die. With the lights on he tried his four ways, but the license lights flashed instead, with lights off the tail lights flashed. He has had a Mechanic replace fuel lines, filter, distributer and cap. I'm at a loss

Try cleaning out the idle air control valve and EGR valve to include a test on the throttle position and manifold absolute pressure sensors.

The problem that im having with my truck is that somtimes when it is warmed up or warm outside the truck trys to stall at stop lights. I have had it tuned up, filters all replaced. I have spent over $1000 trying to get this fixed and all I keep hearing is "it ran fine when we had it". Please help me.

Check for vacuum leaks. In 94 there were some problems with intake gaskets.

Let me know what you find.
