Clutch not working Soft pedal

We have been adding brake fluid and no signs of leak. Now pedal will not get hard anymore. Soft pedal as of now still being able to drive. What to do?

It sounds like you have a slave cylinder that has gone bad. To confirm can you use a flashlight and check the bell housing of the transmission between the engine to see if brake fluid is dripping out. also, check under the dash where the clutch rod goes into the master. Let me know if you see fluid. If you see it at the bell housing you will need to pull the transmission to change it out.
