I cannot get in to neutral all gears work

Replace transmission shifter back in all linkage are lined up but I cannot get in to neutral all gears work, but will not hit neutral.

You will have to pull transmission and remove shift cover to see if shift forks are lining up after putting in neutral if linkages are okay and everything lines up. If not it may be a bent shift fork, etc.
