1998 Toyota Camry timing belt

Timing belt ripped into strands but looks as if part of it may still be there. Do you think the valves may be damaged or anything else?

There is a possibility that the valves were bent due to this engine being an interference style design. Only true way to tell is to disassemble and inspect

Easiest way to tell is by installing new belt
if valves OK job done
