I will start off with the steering wheel. Whenever I go above 60 miles an hour, my wheel shakes, around 70 it will calm down, and the same with 50. If it is not the steering wheel shaking, then usually the car seats shake a little.
The low RPM humming occurs when I am on the road. Around 1,200 to 1,300 rpms is when the engine starts to jump to about 1,400 to 1,500 rpms. After a second or third jump, the engine will audibly rattle with the climax of the jump.
When idle, the car will sound like a rattle lighter than that of the humming during driving.

Hi and welcome to 2CarPros. The vibration between 60-70 miles per hour, does it happen when your accelerating? If it does then you most likely have bad axles. As for the other sounds, can you upload a video to listen to it? You could have bad tires if you hear a humming sound at low speeds and possibly bad engine and transmission mounts if you feel a vibration at low speeds or sitting at idle.
