Steering wheel turns right when braking. Turns opposite direction when in reverse. Both lower control arms have been replaced. Power steering rack has been replaced. Both upper and lower ball joints have been replaced. Both front brake lines have been replaced. Both rear shoes and drums have been replaced. Any advice would be great help.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

I have a feeling the left front brake caliper isn't working which is causing the vehicle to go right when brakes are applied. Safely lift the vehicle and have a helper spin the wheel while you use the brake. See if it works.

Let me know.
