Steering wheel turns right when braking

Steering wheel turns right when braking. Turns opposite direction when in reverse. Both lower control arms have been replaced. Power steering rack has been replaced. Both upper and lower ball joints have been replaced. Both front brake lines have been replaced. Both rear shoes and drums have been replaced. Any advice would be great help.

This is called brake pull so we need to assume that we have an issue either with the right side that is braking or grabbing to much or the driver side is not operating properly.

I suspect we have an issue with the driver side caliper being locked.

The way to confirm this is to put the vehicle on jack stands and press the brake and see if the wheel holds.

Otherwise, we need to remove the caliper and see if the piston retracts when you press it back in.
