Power steering leak

Looking to buy a 92 4runner, bout 213000 mi. Steering fluid slowly drains making the car more difficult to turn as you drive. Owner believes it is a leak in the hose. Have also read people reporting leaks in pump that can be very costly. Was wondering if anyone can give me some estimates on this type of repair before I go pay for something thats going to cost me way too much to fix.

I had to replace my high pressure hose and the pump one after the other. Its really hard to tell where its leaking from when its all covered in fluid. Try the hose first. Your looking at a few hundred for each depending on who you get to fix it. After thos things are replaced there is only a few spots left to leek
