Put new fuel pump and module in and new pump relay. When key is turned on just hear clunk at fuel pump, cranks but no start and checking TBI unit no gasoline in bowl.

Did you prime the fuel system after putting the pump in?

It sounds like you got a bad pump. Normally you do not hear a clunk with a new pump. Try disconnecting the fuel line and see if you get any fuel out.
