Good morning.

Does it start right back up?

I would check the battery and make sure it can handle the load.

The fan motors themselves may be drawing too much current.

Okay, when the engine is cold and the fans are not working, do you still have the same issue?
When it is hot, disconnect the fans and see if it still happens.

I see this stalling when fans come on is a common problem on this site. What did the other people do to fix it?

I have seen the engine coolant temperature sensor short out when hot. I would try to change the sensor to see what happens. Here is a guide to give you step by step what to do and the location of the sensor below:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/coolant-temperature-sensor-cts-replacement

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

Cheers, Ken

Just to add what Ken said, try disconnecting the fans and see if it still stalls.

Every car is different with there issues and solutions. The most common is the voltage spike from the current draw from the fans creates low voltage to the PCM.

That is why I asked you to do those tests.
