In the pictures below.

This looks like a small hose, a vacuum line maybe.

If it is hissing, it probably is a vacuum leak and needs to be reconnected! You may need to replace it if it is too short.

It would not be part of the oil leak problem.

I am going to buy some hose tomorrow after work. I will let you know if that stops the engine sputter.

Replaced the hose and pcv valve seems to have fixed the sputter. While idleing anyway have not driven yet, still trying to find the oil leak

I believe the passenger side leak may be behind this pulley. It's the hugest one is that where a seal is?
