Very rough idle in or out of gear, no codes showing. Changed coil, wires, plugs, and new intake plenum seals. No change.

Hi Jack,

Have you checked mounts? These vehicles are known for having engine mounts wear out and they ground the engine and you feel all the engine pulses through the vehicle.

If these check out okay, let's look at what the engine data is telling us. Can you send me the short term and long term fuel trim data while it is running rough? We can see if it is actually misfiring or if it just feels like it.

Does it run rough only at idle? If so, have you run a compression check? If not, I would definitely do that assuming the engine mounts are not your cause.

I believe it could be mounts as the ones on this car are worn out. Thank you. It has been tough to think as I am going through chemo treatments. Again thank you.
