1994 Pontiac Grand Am all lights wont turn on

When I tryed to turn on my lights at the steering wheel the switch feels funny and the lights wont turn on? Where do I begin to see what is wrong?

Hello, there may be something wrong with the switch?

If you want to test circuits, you can start at the headlamp circuit breaker in the fuse-box, unplug the circuit breaker, use a testlite, one of those terminals should be hot all the time. Go from there.
