The turn signals work about half the time. They will go for long stretches and work fine, then out of the blue they just will not work. I had the signal switch on the column replaced thinking that would solve it. But it did not change anything. Now the vehicle was in a slight accident a few years ago where the front right side was slammed into a high curb, resulting in the whole fender, axle, and etc had to be replaced. The signals worked for a while after the repairs, but now only half the the time. There does not seem to be any obvious reason that I can tell that causes them to just stop working or anything that then makes them begin working again. What should I check next or consider in order to make this vehicle safe to drive again. Currently using hand signals when they do not work.

Yea, that has been happening to me, too. I took it in and spent almost $600 on getting that switch replaced and the next day guess what. Blinker didn't work when I was driving back from a meeting, but then worked fine a few blocks later. Hmm.
Taking back on Saturday, do you think if I give them that info, that might do the trick?

I'd say it's about 20% of the time it doesn't work.
