I found that the turn signals wouldn't work tried a new turn signal switch and ignition module checked fuses and relays also the horn wont work now, I have a power probe and checked that there was power going where it needs to and the horn is now working through a turn signal/ cruise control/ high beam terminal, also it now will not shut off if you have the lights on, you can turn the key and take it out of the ignition with the lights on and it will still run until you turn the lights off, any suggestions?

You probably didn't check the flasher and that was probably the problem all along. If you did change the flasher it was probably the wrong one. Youprobably have wires crossed in the turn signal switch is why things are screwed up . Recheck your install and i'm sure you'll find the problem. here is the horn circuit and turn signal. they say GT but it's all the same.
