1988 Pontiac Firebird what do I check

Hey could you help me
i was driving to work 2day and I was sitting at a stop lightwhen my car alll of the suddun died. When ui couldnt get it started I had to get a tow. I recently had the same problem so I replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, and the computer I honestly dont know what it could be. Can you please tell me what I can check to resolve the problem.

If it won't restart, determine what's missing, the engine needs three things to run, Spark at all plugs, gas to all cylinders, and compression in all cylinders, tho an engine may run lacking one in one cylinder, it won't run very well!

Ok 1 other question
now the fuel pump wont kick on
i had the same problem b4 and then I found out it was the ecm
this was about 2 weeks ago
now it starts again

You can check the relay in the under hood fuse/relay center.

The fuse relay is brandnew along with fuel pump, fuel filter, and the ecu but I pulled the ecu from a junk car but I really dont think that is the problem.
