Parking lights will not turn off?

SUV listed above is a LTZ. My problem is the front amber color parking lights stay on even when I turn the vehicle off. It’s only the front parking lights that stay on not the rear, and it stays on kind of dim not super bright like when you actually turn the parking light on. I tried pulling out the parking light fuse and relay and that did not shut it off. I have the vehicle parked with the battery disconnected so it doesn’t drain my battery. Anyone have any idea what’s going on or what it could be please let me know. Thank you

The running lights are controlled by the BCM which uses 6 fuses to run the system, I would start by checking the BCM 1, BCM 5, BCM 3, in the left of dash fuse panel and fuses BCM 4, BCM 6, and BCM 7 in the right of dash fuse panel.

If the fuses are okay, it sounds like the BCM has gone out but to be sure you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon from about $32.00.
