Overheating

Driving around for half hour or fifteen miles needle go to red, oil light blink, stop check engine, no steam pressure hose is tight. Switch off let pressure off refill water level start up go the distant again, after replacing water pump.

Hi Jimmy,

Just so I understand, the vehicle is overheating but it not boiling over, but yet you have to refill the coolant? If so and you have no external leaks then the head gasket is most likely the issue.
