New thermostat, new water pump, new overflow reservoir, new antifreeze. Seems to be blocked somewhere causing antifreeze to be pushed back out overflow tank.

You may have some blocked cores in the radiator, often a back flush will not clear this type of problem, drain and save your new coolant and get the radiator removed and have it core cleaned. You can still have reduced flow with blocked core tubes but this will reduce the cooling efficiency of the radiator.
