Good morning,

There are many reasons for the overheating. Make sure the coolant level is correct.

The first thing I would do is make sure the thermostat is working. If it overheats, I would change it.

Also, are the cooling fans working? They should come on when it gets to 208 degrees and the when you turn on the A/C the fans should come on.
