Replaced water pump, upper and lower thermostat housing and thermostat, ect sensor, all fluids, and the coolant boils and leaks out of the overflow and then overheats. What should I do to fix this problem.

Hi,

If everything is new, the radiator is in good condition, the cooling fans are running, and it still overheats, it could be a bad head gasket.

Try this for me and let me know the results. When the engine is cold, remove the radiator cap and start the engine. Does coolant shoot out of the radiator?

Also, take a look through this link and let me know if you can perform the checks indicated:

Let me know. Also, let me know how long it takes for it to overheat, does it only happen in stop-and-go traffic, or does it happen at highway speeds as well?

Take care,

Joe
