One day it starts right up and the next day it will only crank

One day the van starts right up, however the next day it just cranks, but will not start up. It has a new fuel pump, spark plugs, ignition module, cap, rotor and spark plug wires. Also, I took off the coil and hooked it to my brother's motor and it started. What can cause a vehicle to start up one day fast and the next day just keep cranking without starting?

When the engine will not start does the ignition have spark? Here is a guide to help you test for spark, check toward the bottom of the guide:

If you have spark these engine where famous for the spider injector going out. Amazon has them for $150.00.

Ken, can a spider injector work one day and not the next? Also, what mal-function in the electrical system can work one day and not the next?

Yes sure does. Have you checked for spark when the engine does not start? Also, can you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key on without cranking the engine over?
