I’ve replaced the fuel pumps, tanks, spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, tank selector switch, and the fuel injectors.

When you say the engine is not getting fuel, do you know if you have pressure at the rail? If not, let's check that because if you have no pressure then the pumps are not running and we need to check for voltage.

Let's check the pressure and go from there. Thanks

Okay. That is not definitive but let's try this. You have dual tanks correct?

If so, when you turn the key on, do you hear either fuel pump run?

If neither pump is running then we have a power issue. So we need to check the shut off switch and make sure it is seated. Then we need to go to the relay and check for voltage coming out of the relay on the green/yellow wire. If you have nothing there, remove the relay and jump voltage to the green yellow terminal and see if the pump runs.

If it does, replace or swap the relay. Let's start with this and go from there.
