Full battery, tried to jump still won't turn on giving one click that's it.

Good morning,

What is the battery voltage? Check it with a voltmeter. I attached a guide for you to review.

You may have a bad battery but we need to start there.

Beyond that, one single click could indicate a failed starter motor. I attached the procedure for you for the starter below.
