I'm back. I think I did the testing wrong. I was by numbers of the relay but I think is not right.
Key on I do get 14 volts on 2 pins according to the relay numbers is pin 30, 86? What are the chances that the numbers of relays are wrong? Out of the 4 pins of the relay, only 2 of them supposed to be hot correct?

Okay, so that means the relay is working and I am getting control voltage.
Does that mean the AC pressure switch is the issue?

No, if the relay is clicking, the compressor should come on.

My last message did not post. My relay was clicking because I was jumping the wrong pins
30, 85 are getting power, without any jumping wirers.

Okay, then the ground for the control side, which is the PCM, is the issue. It will not ground the relay until it sees the correct signal from the pressure switch.

Do you have a scan tool to monitor the switch?

I have a basic scanner wont read any AC sensor. In case of switch is the problem you thing might be a broken wire or something else? Last shop I took it they did trace down to the switch not getting any power. That's when they said ECM was bad and I bought a new one put it on and nothing.

Double-check for voltage to the pressure switch. You should have 5 volts.

Can I ask a question when ASEMASTER6371 says to replace the fuse box is this correct or is it the replay box as I have identical problems “There is a common bus bar that feeds different terminals.

You need the whole fuse block.

Yes, you can jump it temporarily until you repair it correctly.

Roy”
