Hey there. So, my father and I replaced the connectors to the ignition coils after doing so we got a no crank no start. We then waited till the next day and looked at our wiring and fixed all the wires using a diagram and all. We still get no crank no start. We have now replaced all the ignition coils and replaced the 15-amp engine control fuse. Still no crank. We looked at the dash and we saw a light on. It's a little red car with a key in the window. Other than that we can't figure out what's going on.

Hi,

The lamp sounds like an anti-theft lamp. Have you tried a different key to start it? Also, does the vehicle have a push button start or does it use a traditional key?

If you look below, I attached the wiring schematic for the starter. Note, power is supplied by a fuse and a fusible link under the hood. I highlighted them in pic 1. Check those fuses and let me know if they are good. Also, confirm there is power to and from them.

Here is a link you may find helpful:

Also, in pic 3 below, I attached a pic of the fuse/fusible link box and highlighted the two to check.

Let me know what you find.

Joe

The vehicle has a push to start button and they only have one key fob to the car. I will have my father look at these diagrams. Thank you. After this what would you check?

Hi,

You are very welcome. I have a question. You described a light on the dash. Do you believe it to be the anti-theft?

Also, let's see if it is a power supply.

Let me know.

Joe
