Drove my car to my parents an hour away I was going eighty speed limit was seventy. When I got almost there my car would not accelerate it kept steady at seventy five. I checked my car it was completely out of coolant so I filled it and it had no leaks or no codes, then it drove home fine. Next day it drove it but then it would not accelerate again, but this time it was at sixty mph. It drives fine on regular forty mph roads. I am not sure what the issue is.

It sounds like your catalytic converters are getting plugged up which causes low power at higher speeds.

Here is a guide to help us confirm the failure so we can get it fixed:

and if bad here is a guide to give you an idea on how to replace it:

Please let us know what happens and upload pictures of the problem.

Cheers, Ken

I would bet it has a bad head gasket as well. That is why your coolant is going away, the engine is burning it and causing the converter to become plugged with the additives in the coolant. I would get it to a shop and have them run some tests to find the problems before the engine is so bad it needs to be replaced.
