Air Conditioning problem
2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

Everytime I turn on my A/C it leaks and floods my drivers side floor. I am told the problem comes from the A/C, how can I get this repaired? And what do I tell the mechanic when I go in to get it fixed?

Thanks.

The water is common, but there should be a drain tube that allows it to pour to the outside of the car.

Look for a short rubber hose, or sometimes hard plastic pipe,
probably on the passenger side.

Down low on the firewall.

See if it's clogged up and keeping the water from coming out.
