1997 Mazda Protege clutch Master cyclinder

Is my clutch master cyclinder going bad because I just replaced a slave and it seems like when I shift its not buiding up enough pressure to release?

Did you bleed it properly if so -Replace the clutch master cylinder

Yes I did bleed it properly because straight fluid was coming out of the bleeder screw. No bubbles
