Shuts off when I remove my foot from the accelerator pedal?

More then likely you have an issue with the idle air control valve.

So let's start with checking the resistance just to make sure it is operating. I attached below the spec for your review. The valve may be sticking but we can just jump to replacing it or cleaning it if the resistance is not correct.
