Car wont start

When key is turned dash lights do not light and starter does not operate.

First thing I would do is make sure the battery cables are clean and tight. Also have the battery tested. Do you have a multimeter to do some testing?

Thanks saturntech9. Ihave a multimeter. All cables seem to be ok thought there might be a master fuse that might have blown.
