It overheated. Started after cooling down. Then restarted it. Did not start. Lights radio work won't start after overheating. Makes clicking noise.

Hi,

Does the starter engage and turn the engine? If you are only getting a click, you may have a head gasket issue allowing coolant to get into a cylinder. That causes hydrostatic lock because coolant can't be compressed.

Let me know as much as you can. Also, if possible, record what happens when trying to crank the engine and upload it so I can hear it.

If the starter doesn't turn the engine and the battery is good, I will need you to remove the spark plugs and then try to crank it to see if there is coolant in one or more of the cylinders.

Let me know.

Joe
