2003 Buick Rendezvous car will not start

I have had this vehicle for a little over a year and for this whole time the car will occassionally make a type of clicking noise when you turn the key to start it. Usually it goes ahead and fires but the last time it did not and just makes the noise and wont fire. Sounds like the starter is stuck? I took the starter out and had it checked and it passed so I cleaned up all the leads and reinstalled it. I'm just not sure what to look at next.

Could be a bad starter/solenoid. Check for 12 volts at the small wire on the starter with key in crank position. If it has power then the starter needs to be replaced. If none, then get back to me and we will figure out where it stops. I have seen many starters test good, but then not work 1 hour later. Its like how it would work sometimes and not others. Be sure battery and other connections are clean and tight
