Ran out of gas Now won't start.

99 Isuzu Rodeo V6 3.2 liter. Vehicle ran out of gas. I put half a tank of gas in the vehicle and it will not start. The vehicle turns over, but it seems that there is no gas coming in. I changed the gas filter, and I inspected all the spark plugs. What am I missing? Thanks.

Test the ecm relay (or whatever the equivalent may be on a rodeo) to make sure it works, if it is good check the fuel pump relay, check fuses, if thats not it you may need a new fuel pump

Some times when you run out of gas, you have to reset the fuel pump
