2001 Isuzu Rodeo with 70,500 miles that will not start

My Rodeo has a very hard time starting. Once started it runs great, but it can take up to 12 attempts before it will start. And most of the time when it starts the following warning lights come on "Winter drive, Power drive and A/T Oil Temp." If I turn the car off and restart (which is normally does then) the warning lights go off. I have had two separte dealerships look at the SUV and they have fixed the following problems (gear indicator switch and engine wiring harness). Neither one of these repairs have fixed the problem. The problem has also gotten to the point where sometimes I'm not sure if the car will ever start. Now it happens about 60% off the time and no codes are being stored in the computer. I would appreciate any help you can give so I can fix this problem.

Check the brake fluid in the engine well and see if it is overfilled or low. Also check any wires to the ABS at the wheels for a break in the wire or shorting of the wires. Another thought is the switch on the parking brake could be failing or out of adjustment.
