Amigo wont start

1993 isuzu amigo 2.3 4x2 manual trans. 127000 miles. I replaced head gasket and proceeded to set timing vehicle is getting fuel and spark but wont start. I have replaced timing belt and followed manual to the t on timing procedures and I dont know what else to do. Can you help me please?

First off, does it act like it wants to fire, or just nothing at all?
I would go back thru the timing belt installation procedure and make sure it is correct. Make sure when the timing marks are ligned up, the number 4 cylinder is at TDC.
