Tracker will not start sometimes. Changed crankshaft sensor still having no start problems. Could it be camshaft sensor? It will just turn over then it will start.

Hello,

It sounds like you have a main PFI relay that is out but before we start can you scan for codes to see what come up?

Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Cheers, Ken

The fact that the check engine light does not come on with the key on means the system is not powered up. This could mean the EFI (main relay as it is called in this car) is not working this relay is located under the dash on the drivers side. Here is a guide to help you check the relay and also check the fuses:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-an-electrical-relay-and-wiring-control-circuit

and

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

Here are the fuse panels locations and relay locations with the engine wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.

Check out the diagrams (below).

Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Cheers, Ken
