Ignition and weird buzzing noise coming from fuse boxes?

Yes, I recently replaced the body control module BCM in my truck listed above 1500, now when I turn the truck to the on position weird buzzing noises come from instrument panel fuse boxes by brake pedal and under the hood.
I also had a diagnostic scanner hooked up to it when it was happening, and it made it back out turn off and on and restart.

This can happen when the battery voltage is too low.
