I recently picked up the vehicle listed above SR5 In October 2019. From the US but I don't know what all has been done "tune-up" wise. I plan on doing a full on tune up on it, both don’t know what is required.

The present mileage on my car odometer is 164,367 and the tire pressure warning light is constantly on even when the pressure is normal.

Hello,

For a tune up your looking at the air and fuel filters, the spark plugs and the PCV. If your tires are up to pressure and your still getting the warning light, then the sensor inside the tire has gone bad and you will need to bring it to a tire shop to get to it.
Let me know if you need any more info.

When I am accelerating between 80-120 kph I hear the humming noise.

Do I have to replace all the under-listed.

Engine Tune Up:
Oil and Filter Change
Replace Spark Plugs - NGK Laser Iridium 4904
Replace Air Filter
Replace PCV
Clean TB

Suspension/Chassis:
Lube Drive Shafts and U-Joints - Mobil 1 Synthetic Grease

Fluid Replacement:
Replace Front and Rear Differential Fluids
Replace A/T and T-Case Fluid

Hello,

This looks like this is the second thread started for part of this, it is the tune up stuff that was posted on the first one, correct? As for the humming, are you getting any kind of shaking with the humming sound? If not, on a lot of cars these days the cabin is so tight that if a window it slightly opened or a window seal isn't tight you will get a pressure difference inside the car and it will make a humming sound and you can feel it in your ears almost like when taking off on a plane. This could be what your getting. If you can record it that will help too

Good afternoon,

As far as the noise, none of the tune up things needs to be addressed at this time for your noise.

The noise could be coming from several places.

1. Tires. If the tire are worn, they will give you road noise. Try rotating the tires and see if the noise changes.

2. Bearings. You have hub bearings in both the front and rear of the truck and if they are worn, this is a common reason.

The other thought is the drive line making the noise. Can you upload a video of the noise so I can hear it? It will help me identifying it.

As far as the tune up, as long as it is running good at the moment, replace the plugs and the filters such as air and fuel filter. That would be a good start.
